Speaker of the House of Representative of the Federal Parliament of Nepal,  Krishna Bahadur Mahara, arrived in Doha leading a High Level Nepali delegation to participate in the 140th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and related Meetings being held in Doha from 6 to 10 April 2019.

Upon arrival at the Hamad International Airport, the  Speaker and the members of Nepali delegation were received by Prof. Ramesh Prasad Koirala, Ambassador of Nepal to the State of Qatar and the Embassy officials.

The Nepali delegation comprises the members of House of Representative and National Assembly of the Federal Parliament of Nepal,  Shanta Chaudhary,  Hari Charan Siwakoti,  Pushpa Bhusal, Bimal Prasad Shriwastava,  Lakshman Lal Karn and Manohar Prasad Bhattarai, Secretary General of the Federal Parliament, Mr. Gopal Nath Yogi, Secretary of the House of Representative, Federal Parliament, and Dilli Malla, Press Advisor to the Rt. Hon. Speaker.
